Phoenix House Bistro, sought to elevate its foodservice offerings and create a standout space that would cater to the diverse needs of its corporate clientele. Located in the heart of the building, which hosts a dynamic community of professionals, Phoenix House turned to Grey Simmonds to help them deliver a premium experience to employees, clients, and visitors.

The scope of the project included the design, supply, and installation of an elegant and functional front canteen counter that would feature both heated and chilled display units, alongside a fully equipped commercial kitchen designed to meet the demands of a busy, high volume service environment. In addition, a state-of-the-art ventilation system was required to ensure air quality, comfort, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The design had to be not only functional but also aligned with the sophisticated aesthetics of the shared office space, offering a seamless experience for professionals working in the building.
