Grey Simmonds Food Service Equipment were appointed to design, supply, and install a complete commercial kitchen and bar. The scope included all major cooking, refrigeration, fabrication, and warewashing equipment, alongside a fully bespoke stainless-steel bar system built to the client’s layout and operational requirements. Working to tight deadlines and with close coordination between trades, the project was delivered as a turnkey solution, from supply and consolidation through to commissioning and staff training.

The key challenge on this project was getting all heavy-duty equipment into a second-floor kitchen space. This required careful logistical planning, including removal of a window and the use of specialist lifting equipment to safely position items such as combi ovens, refrigeration, and cooking ranges. Every stage had to be precisely coordinated to protect both the building and the equipment while keeping the project on schedule.

The completed kitchen at Iberos delivers a seamless operational flow, robust performance, and a sleek professional finish. The combination of premium equipment, careful planning, and precision installation ensures long-term reliability and efficiency. Despite the access challenges, the project was completed smoothly and on schedule.
