GS Foodservice Equipment, experts in the design, supply and installation of kitchen and bar equipment, has recently gained accreditation with the independent vendor assessment organisation, Altius.

Altius’s accreditation scheme helps businesses to assess potential new suppliers by providing information on whether companies meet a range of criteria such as key requirements of health & safety legislation and have the necessary levels of insurance. Altius assists companies with managing vendors, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors through providing insights and intelligence that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sourcing.

GS Foodservice Equipment’s achievement of this accreditation is, in part, due to its ongoing support of foodservice professionals and schemes such as the Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) and meeting the standards of the British Assessment Bureau ISO9001 and ISO14001, which provide an extra level of reassurance to its customers.
